NOKIA 1202 FOCUSES ON SIMPLICITY AND EASE-OF-USE

Today, Nokia announced the Nokia 1202 in India. Supporting mobile life style in rural areas, the Nokia 1202 features an easy to use user interface with large keypad and support for nine local Indian languages, long battery life, loud MP3-grade ringtones, and a flashlight.
The Nokia 1202 also features SMS messaging capability and a special tutorial mode to help acquaint users with the phone attributes. As well, the Nokia 1202 has an alarm clock and storage for up to 200 phone book entries.
The Nokia 1202 is expected to start shipping during fourth quarter 2008 in India.
